A couple of things to keep in mind:

• Small items can easily get lost among the packaging, so please carefully check all your packaging when opening orders with multiple items.
  
  
• Have an issue with an order? Any concerns need to be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with issues reported outside of this timeframe.

We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange. 

All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box. Items that are abused, broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned.

Please include your original packing slip in your return. Our warehouse will not know who to credit returns to if there is no packing slip included in your return, and that will create delays and potentially prevent proper refunds and/or replacements. 

Please ensure items are well padded in your return shipment to avoid any damage to the items in shipment. Damaged items returned to us will not be eligible for returns or replacements.

• KANTHA QUILTS - Our kantha quilts are hand-stitched from vintage sari cloth sourced from India. Any minor imperfections in the vintage saris, such as holes or snags, are meticulously patched with matching fabric, highlighting the quilt's authentic handmade nature. To remove any vintage odors, please wash the quilt before use. We recommend washing it separately in cold water and drying on low. These quilts are highly machine wash-friendly and become even better with age. Additionally, washing enhances the beautiful ripple effect created by the kantha stitching.
  
  
• BASKET SHAPING - Many of our baskets are shipped flat from our artisans to save on shipping costs. To reshape your basket, spray water on the creased areas and gently mold it into your desired shape. If your basket is colored, avoid saturation to prevent dye bleeding. Ensure that any leather parts remain dry. With proper care, these durable baskets will provide a lifetime of love and functionality.
  
  
• WOOD - Hand wash with warm water and wipe dry using a clean cloth. Never leave the item submerged in water. To maintain its condition, apply food-grade oil using a soft cloth as needed.
  
  
• VETIVER - Vetiver is a naturally aromatic root. After some time, the scent may diminish. If this happens, soak the vetiver in water and let dry. The scent will again be released.
