brass is softer than hardened steel and requires properly sized pilot holes
hand installation recommended, avoid impact drivers in MDF or hardwood, pre-threading with a steel screw is recommended before final brass screw installation
installation variables such as pilot hole sizing, substrate density, and applied torque are the responsibility of the installer
polished brass is unlacquered, antique brass is lacquered
minor imperfections are expected and embraced
each piece will have slight variations in design and size as this is a one-of-a-kind handmade product; no two are exactly alike (just how we like it!)
